When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, postcode and message you choose to give us.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, quote for and carry out your order or delivery. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where you place an order, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We never sell your details.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. If you click "Show map" or play our video, Google Maps or YouTube loads and may set its own cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and order records for as long as the law requires for accounting.
